An International Path, Rooted 
in Two Cultures

Born in Geneva in 1970 to Portuguese immigrant parents, I was raised between two worlds. At home, we spoke Portuguese; outside, French. This early duality shaped my identity and gifted me with a deep cultural sensitivity and fluency in both languages, skills that would become essential throughout my life.

At 16, I set off to London to improve my English. That first solo journey taught me adaptability, curiosity, and a deep respect for different cultures. Back in Geneva, I earned a degree in management and embarked on a 15-year career in multinational companies, working in both the pharmaceutical and luxury watch industries. These experiences gave me a solid foundation in project management, international relations, and negotiation.

A PASSION FOR REAL ESTATE,
ENRICHED BY LIFE AND TRAVEL

After a successful career in the luxury world—I found myself drawn to real estate.
What began as a personal interest soon evolved into a professional calling.

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

My journey started in 2001, when we renovated our first home.

A NEW FOUND PASSION

 In 2006, we moved to Bayonne, in southwest France, where we opened a boutique specializing in pre-owned luxury watches while also investing in real estate renovation projects.
Through buying, transforming, and selling several properties, I developed a deep understanding of the market and a real passion for the field.

THE EXPATRIATE LIFE

In 2015, we moved to Dubai.

This new chapter expanded my experience in luxury and gave me a firsthand understanding of what it takes to relocate abroad—finding the right home, the right school, reliable contacts, and building a new life.

I learned how essential guidance and trust are during such transitions.

BACK HOME IN PORTUGAL

Around that time, Portugal was becoming increasingly attractive to foreign investors.
Friends began reaching out to ask where and how to invest. Following a personal separation in
2018, I returned to Portugal with my two children, choosing the family beach house as our home base—a place filled with memories and meaning.

LEARNING THE ROPES

A chance encounter with a consultant from IAD Portugal gave me the opportunity to enter the real estate world professionally.

Working independently gave me the flexibility to care for my children while developing my skills in a field I loved. Trilingual in French, Portuguese, and English, I had all the tools to support an international clientele. I began formal training and gained hands-on experience, even while navigating personal challenges.

NEW BEGINNINGS

Later, I joined Keller Williams, and eventually found my place with Engel&Völkers, the prestigious German real estate agency.

In less than a year, I achieved over €4 million in sales—proof that I had truly found my path. This success gave me the confidence to take the next step.
